Step 1

First open the Options menu by logging in to Chrome and clicking on the 3 sold line in the top right corner. Then open the Task Manager from the Tools menu to see the running apps. Click on Chromium and say “Finish” to quit the task, and on the same options menu, click Settings, then click on Extensions, select Chromium and click on the trash can and Uninstall Chromium from Google Chrome.

Step 2

Open Start Menu > Run, type “msconfig” in the window that opens, click on the Start tab and disable Chromium from there.

Step 3

Enter C: \ users \ username \ appdata \ roaming directory where you type your username, you will type your username you logged in to your computer, you will notice it after you already entered the users section. When you see the Chromium named file in this section, delete it and enter the Microsoft folder and delete it if there is a file named Chromium.

After this, you will be free from this virus.

6-Drag Google Chrome to the Trash.

-Write / Library / Application Support / Google / Chrome
-Click Go.
-Select all the folders and drag them to the Trash.

1-Open a terminal window.

  • In GNOME, Unity, and Cinnamon environments, press Ctrl + Alt + t.
  • In KDE environments, go to Application Menu, then System, then Konsole.

2-Enter the uninstall command:

  • Debian-based systems: sudo dpkg -r Enter the google-chrome-stable command.
  • Other systems: enter sudo rpm -e google-chrome-stable.

3-Enter your computer’s password when asked.
